Delivery & Return Policy
DELIVERY POLICIES
Alenez applies door-to-door delivery on demand for customers, on a national scale by partnering with fast delivery service providers.
1. Shipping fee
Alenez applies the free shipping policy on all orders over 890,000 VND for Ho Chi Minh City districts and over 1,490,000 VND for other areas.
● For the urban areas of Ho Chi Minh City (District 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, Tan Binh District, Tan Phu District, Phu Nhuan District, Binh Thanh District, Go Vap District)
● For suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh city (District 9, 12, Thu Đuc District, Binh Tan District, Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh, Nha Be, Cu Chi)
For orders of other value outside of the free shipping policy, the shipping charge will apply as stated below:
Standard delivery time (all orders from 0 VND to 890,000 VND):
● For the urban areas of Ho Chi Minh City: 25,000 VND
● For suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh city: 35,000 VND
Delivery of day/ before 14.00 hours (applicable to orders with a value of 0 VNĐ to 890,000 VND):
● For the urban areas of Ho Chi Minh City: 35,000 VND
● For suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh city: 45,000 VND
Out-of-province transactions:
● 40,000VND - 55,000VND depending on the region. (standard delivery time)
Note: Shipping fee applies on 1 order (no more than 500g /order). Orders that exceed weight or with special delivery requests from the customer will be sent to the customer by Alenez staff.
2. Standard delivery time
● For urban areas of Ho Chi Minh City: 1-2 working days from the time Alenez confirms the order via email or phone or message.
● For suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City: 2-3 working days from the time Alenez confirms the order via email or phone or message.
● For other areas: 3-5 working days from the time Alenez confirms the order via email or phone or message.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Alenez applies only 1-to-1 exchange within 7 days from date of purchase at Alenez in case of manufacturer errors. If Alenez's stock does not have the same product (same product code) for exchange, Customer is allowed to request Alenez:
● exchange for a new product or
● exchange another product with equal or lower value, the difference will not be returned
● exchange for a higher value product, the customer must pay the difference.
Return Condition
1. Cases where products are exchanged for return:
● Product error by the manufacturer (malfunction, product breakdown, technical error ...);
● Product is damaged due to the delivery process of the delivery staff;
● Expired product;
● Product is not in accordance with customer order request;
2. Requirements for exchanged products
● Product, accessories must remain intact; packaging, labels remain sealed;
● Purchase invoice is required for exchanging.
3. Cases where exchange is not accepted:
● Exchange period is expired;
● Seal and/or label of products are unsealed;
● Product was used;
● Packaging, accessories, products, product boxes are damaged, scratched by faults from customers;
4. How to exchange:
● Please pack, attach purchase invoices and return products to Alenez via post or in person at Alenez stores.
● Please state clearly the request for return and order code if you choose exchange via post.

● Alenez will process your request according to the return policy within 7-10 business days from the date receipt of the full defective product and related documents.
5. Other incurred expenses
● In case the exchange is due to the fault of Alenez or the manufacturer, Alenez will bear the full cost of exchanging the product.
● For exchange of products that Alenez cannot exchange, repair or replace for customers, Alenez will refund the full value of the goods and shipping costs as well as costs related to the exchange.
● In case customers want to exchange goods of higher value, all costs of exchange will be paid by customers.
